Hotel Policy & Booking Conditions
Hotel Policy:
- Pets are not allowed.
- Free Wi-Fi is available in the lobby only.
- There are no group or corporate rates available.
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- No charges apply for children under 12 years sharing a room with parents.
- Reservations are not confirmed unless guaranteed by a credit card or advance deposit.
- Rates quoted are in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR).
- Late check-out after 12:00 PM will incur an additional RM20 per hour. Check-outs after 6:00 PM will be charged the full day rate.
Cancellation Policy:
- Any cancellation received within 3 days prior to the arrival date will be charged for the one-night deposit. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking deposit.
Risk-free booking! Cancel 3 days before arrival and you’ll pay nothing!
Booking Conditions:
- Only a (1) one-night stay deposit is required to secure the booking.
- Special requests are subject to availability upon arrival and cannot be guaranteed.
Important Tax Information for Langkawi Bookings:
Please be advised that the following government-mandated taxes are not included in your booking and are payable directly at the hotel upon check-in:
Tourism Tax (Foreign Guests): RM10 per room, per night, applicable to non-Malaysian guests.
Heritage Tax: RM3 per room, per night, applicable to both Malaysian and foreign guests, collected by Malibest Resort in accordance with local authority regulations.
These taxes will be settled at the hotel during check-in.

Tour Packages
- Pick-Up Times: The scheduled pick-up times for our tours are outlined on our website. Please be aware that these times may vary depending on your specific destination.
- Destinations and Points of Interest: All destinations and places of interest included in the tour package will be clearly stated.
- Booking Cut-Off: Our office operates until 10:30 PM daily. Any bookings made after this time will be processed the following day at 2:00 PM. For optimal service, we recommend making your reservation at least three days in advance.
Refund Policy
- Cancellation and No-Show Policy: Please note that no refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-show reservations.
